Good news story.( except for the jeep)
“””Molly the dog in the stolen jeep yesterday has been found safe this evening in a garden in Kilcoole hiding under a tarp now home with Brian “””
From Mollys owner :
As most of your already know Molly has been returned to us earlier this evening - thank you to those of you who have posted the updates and particularly to Lisa O'Connor and her friend Donna who pointed me in the final direction of recovery! Two other friends of mine went to great lengths to help over the past 36 hours since the stealing of my jeep at Hunters Hotel Aideen Kearney and Conal Gallagher, plus of course loads and loads of others, with their possible sightings!
To call it all a saga would put it mildly!
The jeep was eventually found burnt out in a field near Kilcoole - no Molly and no tools therein, Thank God - at 430am last night!
Molly, I believe was dumped on the pavement in Farrenkelly Close last night sometime, and hid shivering with fear, under a tarpaulin in someone's garden, out of the heat! A child at the house saw her stirring and a neighbour was called, who contacted Lisa, at about 7 this evening!
By 830 she was jumping all over me, none the worse for wear, tg again!!
Only for Facebook, and it's networking principle, the Gardai said she wouldn't have been found so quickly; so here's a GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL for being there for Elma, me and Molly!
The outpouring was overwhelming to a degree of almost ridicule - from so many friends and sooo, so many total strangers!
I'm asking you here and now to PLEASE SHARE this THANK YOU far and wide, again, because everyone needs to know and appreciate the outcome, wholeheartedly! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
