The beautiful Lola ❤️

✨ Lola is a beautiful 4 year old mare approx 15.3hh
✨ Unraced but did a very small amount of training
✨ Very quiet mare to do everything with; very quiet ride. Coming round to “normal” riding quickly, happy to potter off down the road!!
✨ Easy keeper, happy in or out
✨ Clean limbed, loves people and attention.
✨ Happy to pop a fence

❓ Unfortunately in her spare time we have on occasion (not often) caught her windsucking, but who are we to judge what she does in her own time?!

We are based in Ireland but can organise UK transport (roughly £500 to the UK)

Wondering if there’s any person out there for my amazing, beautiful boy storm
He came to me in such a state nearly a year ago and he’s come on such a long way since. Home will be the most important thing and I’ve absolutely no issues with him staying.

Black 16.2/3hh gelding 10 years old by Footstepsinthesand

Good points

🔥 Has competed at national level in his first year of competing and consistently scoring 67/68% at prelim and novice level with plenty of potential. Has started his lateral work and going well

🔥 Moves very well and has a beautiful uphill canter, medium canter feels like you’re flying

🔥 Very light in the hand - carries himself and gives an amazing feeling

🔥 Can really jump, but does worry so will need someone very confident to jump. I’ve only done dressage with him

🔥 I can hand on heart say he has never made a mistake in a dressage test. Once he’s seen more of the world and relaxes a bit more he will be unbeatable

He is absolutely beautiful to ride once he knows you and although I would say he is sharp - he’s never tried to get me off

Problem points

🔥 He has had KS surgery, which wasn’t disclosed to me when I purchased him. He is happy to be ridden so it’s clearly been a success, but I would only consider selling him to a light rider like myself (just incase) and he will always be best in regular work

🔥 He is an absolute dote for me to ride and goes beautifully but until he knows you and relaxes he will be like a moose/llama/tennesse walking horse with crazy high knees 🤷‍♀️🤣

🔥 Can be “sharp” but it’s really just a case of learning his quirks. He used to be funny walking down passages when ridden between arenas, not been a problem recently but can’t guarantee with a new rider. I used to just lead him down and get on in the arena and he wasn’t an issue. He would occasionally spin not super fast but if he’s worried he might try and go to the other horses but if you keep spinning him once he’s done 360 he’ll go in the direction you wanted in the first place. There’s no rear or stupidness it’s just lack of confidence and knowing to sit quietly and not make an issue of it.
