Congratulations to Lisa Rogers with her Thoroughbred Big Cheyz (IRE) from Killcarrick Riding Club. She won the Treo Eile Training Bursary in the Connolly's RED MILLS RC 90 Championship.

This continued partnership reflects a shared commitment between Treo Eile and AIRC to promote the successful retraining of racehorses and to highlight the important role Thoroughbreds play across all levels of equestrian sport in Ireland.

Little Oak Equestrian is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly family-run riding school and livery yard.

This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team while also being confident working independently.

Position Details

One weekend day required
General yard duties

Essential Qualifications

BHS Stage 2 Teach (minimum requirement)
Child Protection certification
First Aid certification
Garda Vetting

About Us

Little Oak Equestrian is a busy and welcoming riding school and livery yard with equine residents, ranging from miniature ponies to 18hh schoolmasters.

Lessons run Wednesday to Sunday for riders aged 4 to 60+, including:

Private lessons
Semi-private lessons
Group lessons
Equine therapy sessions

Facilities

17-stable American barn
Two outdoor floodlit sand and fibre arenas (50m x 45m and 25m x 40m)
hacking track
Cross-country/derby field with portable jumps
