I don't post comments on this page, but when someone posts outright lies about our kennel I have no choice but to tell my side of the story. We boarded a little Pug at Christmas for 2 weeks, when he arrived he was very weak on his hind legs,he could not even climb 4 inches of the ground to get into his raised bed. When I took him for a walk he would topple over when going to the toilet. After about 10 days his hind leg swelled to twice the size,so I contacted the owner Olga Klofac to inform her that I need to take him to the vet.The Vet prescribed anti-biotic s and told me to bring him back on the Saturday, the same day the owner was picking him up.On the Friday the dog was biting his leg that must have been irritating him,I applied an antiseptic spray on the wound and that was that.On the Saturday the owner came to pick him up,and was upset by the wound on his leg,to which I told her he had done it to himself. She followed me to the Vet,to which the Vet even told her that the dog had been biting at his leg since I had taken him there on the Thursday. He told her that the dog needs to wear a collar to prevent him from any-more biting at it.We done everything possible to keep the dog comfortable whilst in our care, only to find out that the owner posted outright lies about our kennels, saying that he had been bitten by another dog whilst in our care.Anyone that has boarded their pet with us knows that all dogs have their own kennels, and do not mix with another dog as they are all walked individually. So to make up such lies about us is libellous, and will be acted on accordantly.
So Olga Klofac photography of Charlestown get your facts straight,as you was quite happy with the service we gave you when we boarded him in the summer.
