This little light is glowing tonight in memory of the golden oldie, who gave it to me as a gift. Today his mammy shared the heart breaking news that he had to close his tired eyes for the last time yesterday.
As the years, doing this job, have entered double figures for us the text messages and phone calls to let us know that another one of our lovely pals has crossed to rainbow bridge have steadily and sadly increased. I just want to take this moment to say we remember all of them❤️❤️, speak of them with loving memories. I pause while scrolling through my phone when I come across pictures of them. The bond that we share with them is a real love, there is something special about looking after an old dog who once was full of energy and life, some even starting with us as puppies.
