It’s unfortunate that i have to post this, but here it is. I am always very understanding towards my clients. I appreciate you all. I know circumstances can change for you as well as me. That is all fine. I always send everyone their reminders the day before, personally, not by an automated system that may fail. Therefore if you do not show up for your appointment and don’t text me or call me to let me know that you cannot make it you will be charged full groom price. As a small business i simply cannot afford this. It takes a few seconds to send a text or make a call and i will do my best to reschedule you. Please respect my time as i respect yours.
This will be non negotiable going forward and no curse words or disrespectful behaviour towards me will be tolerated.
