Our check-in/check-out windows exist to protect our family time, thank you for sticking to our hours (swipe for details!).
We've also introduced a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. No-shows and late cancellations leave a space empty that another cat could've filled, so this helps us keep things running reliably for everyone.
Don't forget: vaccination cert uploaded, cat neutered/spayed and de-flea'd/de-wormed, plus their home comforts packed.
