New for Autumn '26 - Horse 70cm Class!

Horses in the AM, Ponies in the PM.

4 appearances plus the final to qualify for prizes in the final on November 8th.

SJI Entries through SJILive and training entries through equipe and close this evening!

Late entries also available until the start of each class but will include a late entry fee! 😉 So get those entries in now!

🐴🏆 INTERSCHOOLS AT SCEILIG – FRIDAY 16TH OCTOBER!

With over 180 entries, we're looking forward to a busy and exciting day of jumping at Sceilig Equestrian tomorrow!

⏰ TIMING IS EVERYTHING!

We will be running to STRICT start list order and times tomorrow.

Riders who miss their turn will still be allowed to jump, but will NOT be eligible for prizes.

We'd hate to see anyone miss out on a well-earned rosette or prize simply because they weren't ready when called! So please keep an eye on the start lists and make sure your jockeys are ready to go when it's their turn. 🏇

This is all about keeping the day running smoothly and fairly for everyone. We really appreciate your cooperation!

🕘 IMPORTANT TIMES

🚗 8.30am – Gates open

🚶 Until 9.25am – Course walk open (on foot only)

🏇 9.30am SHARP – 70cm Individual Competition begins

🏆 Approx. 6.30pm – 1m Individual Competition, following the Teams Competition.

⚠️ Please remember that 6.30pm is only a guide! The 1m class may start earlier, so keep an eye on how the day is progressing.

🚗 PARKING & SHOWGROUND INFORMATION

Some parking will be on grass, so sensible footwear is definitely recommended. Leave the good shoes at home! 👢

Please follow the directions of our parking attendants, call-up stewards, pole pickers and all our wonderful helpers throughout the day.

They're giving their time to make sure everyone has a great experience, the competition runs on schedule and every rider gets their chance to shine. A little patience and cooperation goes a long way! 💚

☕ CAFÉ AGNES WILL BE OPEN ALL DAY!

We'll be keeping everyone fed, watered and warm with hot and cold food, coffees, hot chocolates and cold drinks. Because a long day of showjumping definitely requires plenty of caffeine! ☕🍟

🍏Sceilig Autumn Interschools 🍏

24hour Shout Out!

Entries close Tuesday Night for all entries in our interschools taking place this friday!

No late entries! No matter what reason!
Here are some examples of reasons we've been asked to take late entries:
⛔️ Didn't know the entries closed (entries have been open since September 5th)
⛔️ I thought my teacher made the entries
⛔️ I thought I had made the entries
⛔️ I entered the wrong class (trying to move in to a class that is already full)

😉 We've heard all the excuses, dont miss out!

Check with your teacher, check with your friends!

80cm class will be full before the close of entries, we wont be running a waiting list etc for any full classes!

🍏Sceilig Interschools🍏

Entries are now open for our Autumn Interschools, due to take place on October 16th!

All entries through itsplainsailing at the link below!

Make your entries now, this show reaches capacity before the close of entries every year, and lots of schools miss out!

The competition will include individual classes 70cm/80cm/1metre and a team competition.

Open to both secondary and primary school students for individual classes and secondary school students only for teams.

Mixed teams are allowed, and teams of 3/4 members welcome, 2 team members will be required to jump 80 cms, and 2 members will be required to jump 1 metre. Should a team put forward a team of 3, this team will have no discard score; all team members' scores will count. 4 members teams will have one discard score.

The Sceilig Perpetual Interschools Trophy is up for grabs, and some great prizes are on offer.
