World Mental Health Day | 10 October

Today is a reminder that looking after our mental health matters.

Sometimes, slowing down, spending time outdoors and connecting with animals can provide a welcome sense of calm and space. 🐴🌿

At Glebe Farm Equine Learning, we’re proud to provide a supportive environment where people can build confidence, connection and emotional wellbeing at their own pace.

Be kind to your mind, today and every day. 💚
