Woodside Mini Lops We are ethical and quality-focused rabbit breeders located in Galway, Ireland. We first bred and showed bunnies in Australia almost 20 years ago.

We specialised in breeding Dwarf Lop and Standard Rex in colours of seal point, siamese sable, siamese smoke and chinchilla. Breeding for temperament and health is our main focus in accordance with breed standards. In our time, our bunnies have done very well in the show ring, even winning a Best in Show at just 10weeks of age! Since relocating to Ireland in 2018, we have started our new venture in Mini Lops. Our bunnies have been sourced from reputable, ethical breeders across Ireland and imported from the UK. Mini lops will predominantly be coloured seal point, blue point and sables, but we do get the odd surprise! There may be other colourings that pop up in litters on occasion. We breed our bunnies ethically, meaning our does will only have a limited amount of litters in their lifetime with us before being retired to continue being pets. We offer lifetime support to new and existing bunny parents, and also a lifetime 'returns' policy should you be unable to look after your bunny anymore. If we have placed a bunny with you and for whatever reason they must be re-homed, we ask that you always contact us first before re-homing your bunny. All our bunnies will come with a lineage certificate, information sheet, change over feed and be wormed before leaving for their new homes. We now vaccinate all our babies prior to leaving for new homes. We recommend vaccinating your bunny against RHDV1 and RHDV2. We also recommend neutering your bunny when they reach approximately 6mths of age to protect against any hormonally driven behavioural changes and health issues as they grow. Although we don't hold a waiting list, we will be announcing all bunnies that are available for new homes on our page. We welcome any enquiries via facebook, email or phone/text.

Meet Daisy and Bella. These ladies have been surrendered back here through no fault of their own 1 they’re gorgeous ladies who have spent their lives so far in a home with a family.
They turn 2 on the 29th October and will be looking for their forever homes.
They deserve the best!
They will have their vaccines updated prior to leaving for a new home and are not spayed - something we encourage here with pet females, particularly to continue the bond they share.

Bella and Daisy are now the 5th and 6th bunnies to be surrendered here in the past 3mths alone. We don’t judge and I don’t even ask the reason for surrendering. We will always take any of our bunnies back when circumstances change however, in light of so many coming back we do want to remind anyone looking to bring a bunny home that they are a commitment for potentially 8-10yrs. Some of our surrenders have come back through circumstances beyond the families control (truly loved and cared for for upwards of 5yrs) and some have come back as the novelty wore off.

Hopefully we can find the best and loving home for these girls and whilst they wait, they have a loving patient home here.
