As we say goodbye to August and the summer is nearly over I just want to say a huge thank you to all my clients old and new. I will reply to any calls and messages from the weekend today. If you havnt already please get your appointments on a grooming schedule as I am very busy with limited space 🐾

📢 I am using a new only booking system for the business diary for clients and appointments, this one has been highly recommended and I shouldn't have any blips like the previous one. It should only send clients confirmation and reminder texts. Please bare with me as I have to load the system so for the next week or so reminders have come out by myself 📢

Can I just remind everyone that I do have a cancellation policy in place and it is extremely difficult to fill the slot on the day or within 24 hours which results in loss of earnings. Thanks Natalie 🐾

I am back from sunny Greece and was into a full day of dog grooming today! I am getting super busy and dont want to disappoint anyone so I am recommending everyone goes onto a grooming schdule. My diary is open for next year and I do already have bookings. I am forever grateful for my old and new clients keeping me so busy 🐾🙌🏻💗
