Customers who become more than just customers over the years 🥲❤️ We genuinely love all the dogs we care for like our own, so when one passes away, especially unexpectedly, it really hits us hard. They become part of our lives, our routines and our hearts, and it’s never *just a dog walk* to us. 🐾

Receiving a card like this is a such a lovely reminder that the love and care we give goes so much deeper than the services we provide. Being trusted with someone’s precious family member is something we’ll never take for granted, and being there for our clients through the happy times and the heartbreaking ones is all part of it.

Thank you for trusting us with your most precious little friends, for letting us be part of their lives, and for reminding us why we love what we do so much. ❤️

Some bonds go far beyond business, and these are the ones that make it all so special. 🥹🐾

Oh Nina 💔
2015-2026

It’s always heartbreaking loosing a dog, but when it’s one that’s been around so long they’ve become part of the furniture, it really hits hard. 😭

10 whole years of walks and succumbing to your stubborn ways, which we wouldn’t have changed for the world. Hundreds of friends made in that time, and every one of them accepted that you’d only walk if you were leading the pack 😂. We’ve watched house moves together, a wedding & welcomed new family members, so many big changes and you consistently remained yourself. A real life couch potato 🥔 who only had one speed (unless you pressed the boost button 💨)

Walks are going to be different without you by our sides, you’ve been a part of them so long we can’t really imagine walks without you. 💔 little neen bean, may there be endless sofas, blankets and cheese waiting for you at rainbow bridge. 🧀 miss you already ❤️
