"I just wanted to say that I have found your service impeccable from our first contact, how you listened to my requirements and how quickly you found the perfect match with Alan & Kris for my beloved Cooper.
I always like to work with people I trust to look after my dog and Alan & Kris couldn’t have been more accommodating, on our first meet & greet I was concerned Cooper would be too big and too strong on walks, so I changed his lead for them, what a different dog I have now, should have done it years ago, but this meant Alan & Kris could take him safely on walks without pulling.
He came home after his first stop over, totally relaxed and chilled, I think the super king bed won him over, and he even slept through to 8am I never get that its 5:30 am, but I think secretly he likes to stop up later than we do, and he likes company so the games evenings Kris and Alan have, he loves the extra love & attention.
I can’t thank you enough for making the right match for us, that’s about listening in the first instance. I had no worries at all and wanted to thank Alan & Kris for making Coopers stay home from home, you can’t imagine how this makes me feel so relaxed after my first experience of leaving him with a so called dog sitter ended up with someone ringing me after 1 hour “have you lost your dog?”
I think your prices are very competitive, but its not about that, its that my Cooper is going to be well cared for and not stressed and enjoys his holiday .
If anyone wants a top class service and home from home care, then I can’t recommend you highly enough, there are too many people doing this as a pop up for extra cash, who haven’t a clue. Once again, a huge thank you to everyone in the team"
