🐾 Minster K9’s – Helping dogs do what they do best… use their nose!

So today we had assesments at Revolution Dog Training - working dog club!!

While I normally get very nervous with these things I was very relaxed!!

Maddie explained everything to the group about the assessment and scoring , regards passing Lvl 1

So we had heel work, retrieve a toy, send around a pole and sit/down walk away with back to the dog and then recall.

The score was out of 50 and the pass was 35.

Hilda was 1st out of my 2 and scored a very nice pass with a score of 42

Unfortunately not a pass for Nala who scored 29 point's, but I was over the moon with her and not disappointed at all, if you would have said before starting at Revolution Dog Training that I would have put Nala our spicey catahoula in that situation just shows how far she has come!!

It's not all about passing something or getting the highest points , it's all about the journey and where we are going and some breeds just don't like it at all but it's good for them to learn!!

As for Hilda our Doberhoula this was right up her street and she loves to work!!
