Pink Pocket Aligator

We have some gorgeous gecko in store at the moment.

Gargoyle gecko.

Look at this ghostly lavender colouring.

Surprisingly handleable and fairly tame.
Garg’s are not usually tolerant of being handled. This one seems almost to almost enjoy it.

See the smile on my mini crocodile 😊

Pics do not do her justice at all.

Just look at this beauty. 👀🥰

She is sweet and gentle and tame.

Crested gecko

Phantom Dalmatian

Such a pretty girl.

Still young but fully grown now. She is larger than the average crestie.
She will need a large tall terrarium. Bio actively planted for her health and welfare. Don’t worry it is easy 😊

Pop and see her, ask for Phantom in store.

Indonesian Blue Tongue skink
Gigas gigas

The largest of the skink family.

These chaps are simply the best lizard going. They are so easy to care for and super friendly.

We have only 2 left of our incredibly special babies from this year.
Parents can both be viewed in store.

Female adults require a large 6x2x2 ft vivarium. Juveniles are ok in a 4x2x2 but upgrade would be needed in the skinks second year.
Males can grow quite large too and need a 5x2x2 as adults minimum.

When setting up a home for them think tropical forest floor.
Lots of tunnels of wood and earth. Moss and leafy litter.

Basking spot at one end. UVB to the centre of the viv.

These skinks are not huge fans of bright light but do require uvb.

A mist machine is very helpful to keep up the humidity.

Diet, literally anything bug or berry.

They devour snails and pinkie mice. Fruit grubs, Morio worm, silk worms, earth worms, beetle grubs, meal worms…. You name it, if it is a worm they eat it.

Snails are a firm favourite and the occasional pinkie mouse and they are your best friend.

Fruit has to be monitored as too much gives them belly ache but they will eat raspberry, black berry, blueberry and love banana.

They also eat green leafy veg/salad.

Then there is Rapashy and omnigold mix made especially for the Blue tongue.

A varied diet and you have a happy skinki.

They give the best snuggles just like a cat 🥰.

Want even more info? Then pop and see us in store.
