Wow! thank you to everyone who’s been on the Hack and Snacks this year! I have been so lucky to have such lovely people.. This is the last group ride of this year and we were spoilt with an afternoon tea 🫖 🍰 I would just like to thank my mum (Lynne) who has fed us all, with lovely food when we get back each time 💗 And my main man Kinley, who’s never missed a beat leading the way, my best boy! 🐴 💙

Thank you all again and I will put dates for next year up around Jan/Feb time. 😃

🌟 A rare space has become available here at Hafod Abley Farm Llanfynydd, due to loosing one of our long standing boys. 🌟

This will suit retired or young geldings only.

Located in the most picturesque setting, with mountains, woodlands and streams surrounding us. If you are looking for somewhere for your boy to be out all year round, still with the care and attention they need. We live on site with daily checks, rug changes when needed. The horses are all in a worming, farrier & dentist program which must be followed.

The fields are rotated, sprayed, harrowed, fertilised, fully fenced running off mains electric & automatic water troughs. In the winter months there is a hard standing area where hay is included, this is cleared on a regular basic and they are never without hay.

Owners are welcome as little or as often as you like with updates in between if wanted. Most of the boys have been with us for years and are a really nice laid back herd. If you have a gelding that’s looking to join please give me and call and we can arrange a visit.

🐎 GUIDED GROUP RIDES 2026 🐎

❌ FULLY BOOKED ❌ 🌟 NEW DATE ADDED as we have been fully booked all year and people asking for more dates, so Sunday 6th September 10.30 start £40 per rider 🌟

We are going to do this ride slightly different with only 6 riders rather than 8. So be quick!

This is a perfect way to come along and meet new friends. Suitable for everyone, of all levels. We will be hacking along country lanes, stoney bridle paths with lots of hills and beautiful views 😍 for around 2 hours. The ride will be in walk and trot, then back for light snacks and drinks on the decking.

🅿️ Secure parking

🚻 Toilet on site

There will be a maximum of 6 riders in the group.

✅ Each rider MUST have their own horse/pony, riders insurance and hard hats must be worn when mounted.

💰 £40 per rider to be paid in full when booking to secure your place. This is non refundable once paid.

In between my favourite ears and off we go again 🐎 Today’s group ride had a mixture of new and returned riders and what a brilliant day it was, perfect weather, perfect ponies and perfect company 💗 What could be better! Then back for food and homemade goodies 🍰☕️ I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone that supports us on these rides it means a lot 💗

Today we had a lovely group of riders off the same yard come for a ride, along the lanes, bridle paths and even a little water crossing. We managed to miss the rain ☔️ Then back for some good grub! 🍽️ ☕️
