⭐️ STOBART RAW PET FOOD ⭐️

I was not going to speak on this, as I was confident our guys would handle it down at Stobarts but i’ve decided to quickly address it.

I want to politely say, do your own research. The people posting these posts have 2 friends, 10 posts and all are about the same thing. Then the exact same thing posted under 3 different names.

Us selling a budget friendly brand speaks nothing on us as people, and us trying to help people on small budgets feed a good diet is the whole reason we opened WrexRaw.

Samples are being taken from us, other stockists and the factory to prove the contents of each chub and labelling has been implemented to prevent any grey areas for people to try and come in with false allegations.

We appreciate everyone’s patience whilst this has been ongoing.

Although we never usually post anything outside of our usual operating hours as we all have families and loved ones to return to after the working day, this post is absolutely necessary so please READ THIS.

Shown in the photo, right at the top of our website (Which you cannot miss), we ask our customers to read and familiarise themselves with our terms and conditions. These form part of the contract between us and you as soon as you place your order.

REMINDERS:

1️⃣ We have a 1-3 working day processing time before dispatch. We're human. We don't have hundreds of employees picking & packing orders 24 hours a day. We are a small family-run business doing our best. The processing time for your order begins the next working day. MONDAY-THURSDAY.

2⃣ We do NOT offer next-day delivery once your order is placed. We simply cannot provide this due to the volume of orders we receive even when we are expanding our team. We do NOT advertise this anywhere so please do not email us asking where your order is when 24 hours have not passed. Once an order is shipped, it is then delivered the next day!

3️⃣ We ship to Mainland UK ONLY! We cannot make any exceptions for anybody placing large orders, as we cannot cover any shipping premiums beyond what the customer has paid. This will NOT change.

4️⃣ Our terms and conditions are in place for a reason. We don't play games, we don't scam people, we don't take your money and avoid you like the plague. If you want next-day shipping then we are not the company for you. We will NOT accept rude or threatening behaviour regarding any order because you ran out of food due to your bad planning. End of story.

5️⃣ UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN HAPPEN!!!!
Things happen that are completely out of our control. Whether that be courier issues, stock issues, bereavements, members of staff off work and so on. There are hundreds of scenarios that cause delays. We are human. We are still figuring this out ourselves. Please learn some patience🤦🏼‍♂️

Four years.

Four whole years ago, Wrex Raw first opened their doors with the same goal we have today. To bring affordable feeding nationwide, and that's exactly what we have done.

There have been countless ups & downs, what ifs, times we were uncertain about what the future held. We stuck at what we knew, and what we were good at.

Thousands and thousands of you placed your trust with us to fuel your furry friends. Dogs, cats, ferrets, skunks, the list does not end. We are forever grateful for every single one of our customers.

We admit, there have been occasions where things have gone south with orders, our couriers and general operations. At the end of the day, this is still our first time doing this. We learn new things every single day.

We would like to thank our customers, our families, our suppliers and all of the middlemen who make everything possible. It never goes unnoticed. We'd also like to thank our members of staff. The ones who keep things running on a day-to-day basis working all hours of the day!😂

Somehow the weekend lasted approximately 14 minutes and Monday has spawned again 😭

The freezers are full, the orders are rolling in, the coffee is doing some seriously heavy lifting and the Wrex Raw team are ready for another week 💪🐶

Social media: quiet. Wrex Raw HQ: absolute chaos. 😂🐾

This is a post just to give you lovely lot a quick real-time update. Whether that's behind the scenes, and updates or general reminders.

🏭We have hired some extra staff, both in our warehouse and admin team. Some of you will know if you have had the pleasure of speaking to Chris, Katie, Archie or Alfie, who all play the biggest part in keeping our customers happy and updated.

🚚We have upped our delivery quantities again, hoping to keep everyone's favourites in stock 24/7. However this doesn't seemed to have worked in some parts🤣

📦In the last 30 days, we have dispatched 16,000+ parcels. We are extremely busy every single day. Staff are starting earlier, and leaving later BUT we also prioritise them and their health when it comes to long working days and allowing them some time away from work.

🖥️ Our staff are regularly taking work home with them. Whether that be our admin team, our social media team, or anyone else behind the scenes please note that work does not stop to make sure things carry on as they should.

𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒

We are all human. Mistakes happen. Lessons are learned.

❌We do not and will not tolerate any insults, remarks, threats or harassment toward any member of our staff. If this occurs, we reserve every right to cancel any outstanding orders and any future ones you try to place. Instore customers will be refused service, asked to leave and to not return. Our staff are here to help.

📑Our terms & conditions are in place for a reason. We have had too many occasions where our staff have been verbally assaulted for following these. Our staff will NOT put their jobs on the line for any customer.

🏠Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address. Once your order has been processed & dispatched we are unable to make any amendments or take liability for this as this is not an error caused on our behalf. Refunds or replacements will NOT be offered.

✨Our processing time for every order is 1-3 working days. We are so busy that this is absolutely necessary and we urge our customers to read our terms and conditions where this information is available. On the odd occasion we may be able to fast track an order, but our systems are in place to ensure we work day by day.

We thank every single one of our customers for the loyalty, support, patience and understanding throughout their journey with Wrex Raw. It never goes unnoticed, and everything we do is for you.
