OIlie is a big, handsome ginger boy who needs a calm, quiet, loving home where he can find happiness again.

He was incredibly well bonded to his owner, an older lady, but is struggling with life in our cattery, after she could no longer care for him, sadly.

Aged five, he's naturally timid but has a lot of love to give once you've won his trust.

We think he'd flourish in an adult-only home, as the only pet.

Did you know that ...
🐱Around 80% of ginger cats are male. The orange pigment gene is carried on the X chromosome and males need only one copy (XY) to be orange, whereas females need two copies (XX).

🐈 Every ginger cat displays some form of a tabby patterns (stripes, swirls, or spots).

🤗They are widely known for being affectionate, chatty, and outgoing.

🌟Some of the world's most recognizable cartoon and movie cats are gingers, including Garfield, Puss in Boots (Shrek), and Crookshanks (Harry Potter).
