Teatime went well, the boy with the sore mouth finished his tea to great relief as he had been refusing everything, suddenly he's burst into life it was only feline chicken soup but he cleaned up, the three boys that arrived this morning on the other hand are proper guzzlers & would probably eat each other if they stood still long enough, two are fed inside the cabin & the older boy is fed in the outer run, i have to close the cabin door & block the catflap with a heavy bin to stop them polishing off the older boys food, i could hear the catflap clicking as they tried to get out, next they appeared in the window hoping i left it ajar but they have been in before & i'm well rehearsed.

So,
Doing the rounds this morning, most were fussy & up for a play, however we have a mature male on medication for an oral problem, he has to be medicated by syringe into his poorly mouth & he's obviously not too keen, we hate to upset the puss & damage the trust he has in us being a regular visitor to the cattery for many years, he obviously does'nt feel we're doing it for his own good, he has always been a food lover when he visits us but he is in some pain when trying to feed, we will do our very best for this feline fellow...but it really is a hard line of work sometimes.
