💙 This has to be my favourite video of Patch. After a little nervous start, he settled in confidently and comfortably with the pack 🥰

After 9 years of being part of our morning group walks, it has finally come the time to take things a little easier.

Nick named ‘Victor Meldrew’ Patch wasn’t always eager to leave his home comforts, and made his feelings known. As you can see it was all for show, as he really loved nothing more than a blast with his pals ☺️

I feel very privileged to be entrusted with Patch for so many years. Not only do the dogs become part of our lives, but so do their owners too.

This isn’t a goodbye, but just the end of an era 🤗

Thank you all for your kindness and support today, whilst I needed to get my boy to the vets 😢

We’re still awaiting the results from his blood, liver and kidney tests, but he’s had no further seizures thankfully 🥰

We currently have a very sleepy Reg, but I’m sure he’ll be back on full patterdale form in no time ☺️

🐕 VERY occasionally, some of my older clientele can be a little more inclined to want to stay at home in the warmth and comfort, than brave the ailments.

When walking my groups I generally don’t come across many members of public, but on a rare occasion I will.

Over the last week or so I have encountered a couple of lovely dog owners, and a fellow dog walker, who have all commented on how well behaved my dogs were 🐕

It’s sometimes the littlest things that just brighten your day 😊
