📣 TOTAL DOG IS LEVELLING UP 📣

I am so excited to come here to say that behind the scenes here at Total Dog lots of new and exciting things have been happening!
As most of you know I’m Sarah and I’m the wheels behind Total Dog. I began my business back in 2021 and have been a dedicated multi-service establishment for over 5 years. However, it’s got to the point now where it is too big for me to manage alone. Recognising I have been stretching myself too thin, Sue and I have been levelling up Total Dog, bringing you a better service operation than ever before.
So what’s staying the same?
Daycare. Total Dog Daycare will be at the heart of everything we do. This page will become dedicated to our daycare service showing just how unique it is. Daily updates from our true home from home setting, guiding you through what happens on a typical day with us in doggy daycare! You’ll meet the team and get to know the people who truly dedicate their working day to looking after your dogs.
What’s changing (slightly!). How we conduct the training and grooming side.
For the last three years I have been working on my Harmonising Bond Method™️ pulling the training element away from Total Dog. This aligned with everything I truly wanted just for 'me' leaving Total Dog to do what it did best from the Carlton Road HQ. Three weeks ago I was offered an INCREDIBLE opportunity to grow The Well Rooted Dog. I was unsure about whether I could give this the time it needed, however it’s something I truly want, so by altering the growth strategy for Total Dog it allows me the scope to chase my dreams. I will still be the face behind training, but with a more streamlined way for you to reach me → The Well Rooted Dog.
As someone who has always supported others and their career growth, we have made the decision to welcome self-employed groomers into our amazing salon space. For the last 5 years I have employed all my groomers, however I am needing to pull back on my to-do list and streamline the entry points for contact so you get the answers you need quickly. I am proud to be welcoming new amazing faces to our grooming salon — same standard, same expertise but more experience than before. They’ll have more time to do what they do best, freeing me up to provide a better service elsewhere.
Over the coming weeks we’ll introduce our groomers leaving you their socials and links to book directly. For our current client base and bookings you'll all be contacted personally, be introduced to our groomers and have a choice of who you'd like to work with.
