Chuffed to bits that I am now a canine conditioning coach! The last 12 months I have been working hard to learn everything I can from the lovely Emma at the canine conditioning academy. I am very excited for how this will expand the physiotherapy services in the future!

Conditioning is wonderful for dogs from all different life stages, companion dogs to working and sporting dogs. Conditioning is tailored to the individual dog so all can strengthen their bodies whether for health and mobility or sports!

Watch this space for what comes next!

These two little ladies in their whippet pile up 🥰

Lexi and Lorna came to their new home a few months ago. We managed to get a session in early yesterday before it got too hot for a lovely little assessment and massage session with them both. They both responded beautifully and I’m really looking forward to seeing them again when they have their checkups 🐾

Beautiful golden Jessie 💛

I was a very proud physio when I watched Jessie offer nearly all of her paws for her leg lifting exercise the other day! Amazing effort little lady!

Lovely Daisy doesn’t let anything slow her down 💪

Daisy has a condition called degenerative myelopathy. This is when the protective covering of the nerves begin to break down. This causes confusion of nerve signals, leading to messages from the brain and spinal cord not being received by the limbs. This causes symptoms like hindlimb weakness, wobbliness, reduced awareness of where their feet are, reduced sensation and eventually paralysis as the nerves continue to degenerate. Sadly, this condition is more common in the German shepherd breed.

Luckily, Daisy has no idea of her physical challenges. She is still living her best life with with help of her wheels and the love and support of her owners ❤️🐾

Look at this beautiful pair that I had the pleasure of seeing recently! The lovely Honey and Dennis! 😍
