SOLO DOG WALKING - We come to you and walk you

r dog in your area, giving our undivided attention and care. From one dog to multiple dogs from the same Household.

EQUINE SERVICES - Tailored to suit your horse’s needs. Grooming, Feeding, pooping out, Tack Cleaning, Exercising, rug changing, and general yard duties. SMALL ANIMALS - A home visit to include Feeding, Fresh water, Play and Fuss.

PET DROP INS - A home visit tailored to suit your pet's needs, including Feeding, cleaning out cages, litter trays, etc, enrichment, Play & Fuss, Toilet Break, and administering medication if required.

SMALL HOLDING COVER - Perfect if you have multiple animals, no matter what the creature combination, we can take care of them all.

FREELANCE DOG WALKER & PET CARE PROFESSIONAL
Covering Worcester and surrounding areas.

Mother Ark is growing, and I’m looking for a reliable, experienced self-employed Dog Walker & Pet Care Professional to join the team.

This flexible role would suit someone looking to earn extra income around school hours, an established pet care professional wanting to top up their client base, or someone looking to build a long-term career in animal care.

Typical hours are Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm, with occasional weekend dog walks and pet drop-ins. There is also the opportunity to take on overnight pet sitting for additional income.

Mother Ark specialises in solo and same-household walks rather than large-group walks, allowing you to build genuine relationships with the dogs in your care and to provide the personalised service my clients value.

I'm looking for someone who:
🐾 Has professional experience working with dogs (dog walking, daycare, kennels, veterinary, rescue or similar).
🐾 Is confident handling dogs of all breeds and temperaments.
🐾 Is reliable, organised and professional.
🐾 Has a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle.
🐾 Wants to build a career in professional pet care

Experience with other animals is a bonus, but not essential, as training can be provided.

As this is a self-employed position, you would need:

✔ Public Liability Insurance (or be willing to obtain it).
✔ A current DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one).
✔ To be registered as self-employed (or willing to register).

This is a part-time opportunity initially, but there is genuine potential for it to grow into a much larger role as the business continues to expand.
