Could you volunteer for the PDWRA?

So far this year, we’ve already rescued over 150 pugs in need! To be able to make that happen there’s a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes, all performed by an incredible team of volunteers based all around England and Wales.

Pictured above is Jackie, one of our most experienced Volunteer Area Coordinators, who has been responsible for the rescue of many hundreds of pugs over the last 15 years. Other volunteer roles include our Transporters, Home Checkers and Fosterers, along with the huge amount of admin that keeps everything organised.

New applications to volunteer are always very welcome and there are a variety of roles that we always need help with. If you’d like to apply, we’d be happy to hear from you!
