🐾 Important Appointment Notice 🐾

Due to a recent increase in no-shows, I’ve unfortunately had to put a small policy in place. I’m really sorry, as I completely understand that sometimes things happen, and I always take each situation into account individually. ❤️

However, if you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t given a reason or notice, the full payment for the groom will still be required.

For any future appointments following a no-show, a 50% deposit will also be required to secure your booking.

I hope you can understand that missed appointments mean the time could have been offered to another customer, and this policy helps protect my small business and appointment availability.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – PARVOVIRUS ALERT ⚠️

We have been made aware of cases of parvovirus in the local area.

Parvovirus is highly contagious and can be extremely serious for dogs. If your dog is showing any signs or symptoms, please contact your vet immediately for advice.

Please DO NOT bring your dog to be groomed if:
• Your dog is currently showing any signs of illness.
• Your dog has recently had vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, lethargy, or other unusual symptoms.
• Your dog has been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of parvovirus.
• Your dog has recently recovered from symptoms that could potentially have been related to parvovirus.

For the safety of all dogs visiting our salon, please let us know if your dog has been unwell or has shown any concerning symptoms, even if they have since improved.

If you are unsure whether your dog is well enough to attend their grooming appointment, please contact your vet first.

🌴 Holiday Notice 🐾

Just a little notice to let all of my lovely clients know that I will be away from tomorrow until Sunday 16th August for some much-needed time with friends and family.

I will respond to any messages and inquiries when i’m back.
