Hi my name is Bianca and I am a Friendly and animal loving level 3 City and Guilds qualified groomer with certificates in First Aid. My promise is to always treat your dog with the same level of care and attention that I do my own dog and make sure they are in a safe and loving environment throughout the whole pamper session. They will receive a personal one to one service with no crates and free roam and the ability to still behave like dogs should. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss any requirements you may have, no treatment will every be carried out without permission.

Hi all 🐾🌞
Due to the high temperatures forecast for next week, I will be monitoring conditions throughout each day. I have already rearranged a number of appointments because of the heat and the increased risk it can pose to dogs.
Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority. 💚
Thank you for your understanding and patience. I will contact anyone affected by any further changes as soon as possible.

P.s can i please ask that no dogs are walked to or from the grooming appointment in the heat

Thankyou again
Bianca XoX 💚

🐾 Important Update – Grooming Prices 🐾
An update I’ve been so hesitant to post…

I wanted to let all my lovely customers know that there will be a small £2 increase on full dog grooming services going forward.

The exact price will still depend on the breed at the time of booking, and I am doing my absolute best to keep grooming as affordable as possible for everyone. Unfortunately, with stock costs rising and bills increasing, I’ve been left with no other option. Dog grooming isn’t just my hobby — it’s my job — and I need to ensure I can continue providing the same high-quality care that your dogs deserve.

✨ The good news! ✨
• Any grooms already booked in will be honoured at the old price
• New bookings will be charged at the updated price

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding — it truly means the world to me 💕
