How CUTE are these hognose snakes! 😍🐍

Hognose snakes are famous for their shovel-like upturned snouts and dramatic acting skills! They use their snouts to tunnel underground and hunt for hidden prey 🐽 When threatened, they flatten their necks and heads, hiss loudly, and strike like a cobra to look dangerous! ☠️

Who doesn't LOVE a feisty gecko with a nasty bite? 🦎😬

This green eyed gecko is our most feisty reptile in our reptile room but we think she's awesome! 🩷

They rank among the biggest geckos globally, with a body length around 19 cm plus a long tail 😱 Despite being mostly nocturnal, they are known for a vocalization that sounds remarkably like a dog's bark 🔊

New stock of Malawi cichlid mix in stock now! 😍

The colours on these fish are stunning! 🐟

Lake Malawi holds more fish species than any other lake on Earth, with over 800 to 1,000 species of cichlids living there—and most of them are found nowhere else on the planet and because of their dazzling blues, yellows, and oranges, they are often called the coral reef fish of freshwater lakes 😱🪸

The "Casque" is a Water Catcher: Both males and females have a bony, helmet-like crest on top of their head called a casque. At night, dew and moisture condense on the casque and roll straight into their open mouths 💧
