❌ A little reminder to all clients… if you book an appointment, please make every effort to attend or let me know if you can’t.
As a small business, no-shows and last-minute cancellations have a huge impact. I still have wages, rent and bills to pay, and last week alone I had 7 no-shows. That’s time that could have been offered to another client who was waiting for an appointment.
I completely understand that things happen, and I’m always happy to be understanding if you just send me a quick text or give me a call. However, going forward, any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will need to be paid for before another appointment can be booked.
Sorry to have to post this, but I work every hour I can (even on my days off!) to fit everyone in, and I’d really appreciate the same respect in return. ❤️🐾
