Well I am back from Canada and work has started in the studio already. This Autumn is looking a little different to past years as it’s probable that I won’t have any shows to go to this year. For starters, Mr Tailends had his rotator cuff (number 2!) op today so I am on nurse duties for a while. This Sadly means I won’t be at Gillingham Agility Show this weekend 😢

While I will be the families designated driver this month, I also have various hospital plans and appointments in the works. As I don’t know when some of these will be, it makes it really difficult to plan getting to shows in the next few months so I’ve decided to wait and see when appointments fall and not to book shows for the time being. By doing this I won’t be messing around show organisers about with last minute cancellations.

I hope this is understandable to you all. I will of course be happy to take orders here and aim to get them out as quickly as I can (when I’m not in nurse or taxi driver mode!)

Morning Campers! How are we doing today?

Been a bit quiet this end as I’ve been getting ready for a big holiday trip to Canada 🇨🇦 for a big family get together to celebrate a 70th Wedding Anniversary! 🥳🥳🥳

We’ve been out here a few days now and as Brits having been deprived of talking about rain for nearly 3 months, we a revealing in the lush green grass all around us. We even got ridiculously excited to discover puddles one morning as it had rained over night 🤣 I swear we are going to be transfixed when it first rains during the day 🌧️

Despite not being anywhere near my studio and my sewing machine, I’ve still fitted a little bit of work in…. Shopping for new fleece! Here’s a picture of littlest Tailend on our shopping spree frequently using the phrase “but we NEEEED it!!!” 🤣

What do you hope we’ve got in our cart?? 🛒🛒🛒

Back out on the road this weekend! The Tailends Trailer is at Colchester Agility Show and Day 1 is already in the bag. It’s a brand new show for us so if you are at the show over the weekend pop by and say hello!

Tailends would like to say a huge Thank you to everyone who supported my little Trade stand this past weekend at Caerphilly and District Agility Show🥰 To everyone who shopped, placed orders, chatted and hunted for the hidden Cwtch crew, I am honestly so grateful for you! Work has already started in the orders that were placed with the first parcels winging their way out to you already. I will work through my list as quickly as possible!

Thankyou to Dom and Ian from SMCMS (caravan servicing) and Brinkos for coming to my aid when my internet and card payment service went AWOL on Sunday… you really saved my bacon!

And Thank you to Caerphilly and District Agility Club for being simply the best hosts. I always look forward to this show in the seasons calendar and it never disappoints!!! From being involved with fundraising for great charities, playing host to the hiding Cwtch dragons and dogs (great fun!!) and getting involved with the Quiz (5th place wasn’t too shabby!), you again made me feel so welcomed 😘
Please can I come back for next years dragon spectacular?!🤞🏻it’s just the best 🤩🤩🤩

We were visited by the Cwtch crew today… did you find one?

As you can see they had a great time snooping in the trailer and jumping in amongst the goodies!

Maybe some of their friends will come visit us tomorrow too! Keep your eyes peeled!

Oh. I think I’m a little tired from the weekend 🥴
This Flat coat pattern was stitching out so well and then my brain forgot to put the correct colour thread in for the final outlining 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I ended up with orange outlining instead of black 😬
But it got me wondering… is the coloured outline something you guys like? Perhaps not for the keyrings displayed on the keyring stand as standard but something that could be asked for to make your keyring unique… perhaps your dogs designated colour???

So over to your thoughts pretty please!

Turns out, my trailer is a superb place to do my post op physio! I was a very good girl making sure I still did all my exercises whist away at the show. 😇 And all the visitors to the trailer were superstars too by not treading on me (although having seen the photo, I may well have scared them away! 🤪)
The same cannot be said of my dogs this evening during physio time as they gleefully stamped all over me and licked me silly while I was flat on the floor! 😝 Take a wild stab in the dark as to the naughtiest beastie!! 🧐
