Sad post today:
Would like to remind people that this is done on a voluntary basis and donations. Opening our dispensars to take poo bags is really disappointing and is becoming a regular problem 😭
Please if you see someone doing this to remind them to leave some for others or only take what you need at that exact time.
Ive unfortunately witnessed a certain few repeat offenders taking handfuls without even a dog with them which is beyond frustrating.
Please be kind and dont take what you dont need

The job doesn’t give bank holidays 😅 we were still out , on duty. Emptying and restocking our stations this morning! Spoke to a lovely few while out and about to. So lovely spirited and appreciative of our work 🥰

We have noticed a influx of additional waste beng dumped in our bins. As much as we wouldnt mind if it was litter being collected then joining our waste collection in our recycling bins, its not..
This week we had two large black bin bags causing one of our large bins (60l) to overflow of our dog waste which it hardly ever does at that size. And a whole bin bag full of still frozen meats 😡 which would cause foxes and wildlife etc to be more attracted to our waste collections, which we try hard to avoid and have done very well so far.
We have had carpets, builders waste buckets , bricks etc join our waste which is frustrating as this is all voluntary and a non profit!
Can we remind people using our bins , to use them for there proper cause so we can dispose of the waste correctly and maintain them as well !
We have a poo bin and recycling bin to help minimise waste in the community areas. Not for household or additional extra waste unfortunately we simply cannot keep taking it.
We understand the bin collection changes of household waste is frustrating , it effects us all. We suggest the tip for further support of removal of excess waste or contacting your local council for extra recycling bins/food waste etc to help were possible.
