News Flash!!

Wokingham traffic is shocking and has been for years, we hope it will improve with the new road coming through, but in the meantime please allow extra time to get to appointments and pickups.

I will be starting to enforce my late fee policy, which up until now I very rarely have. It’s easily avoided by just heading here for pickup for the time I usually take with your dog - usually two and half hours. Wait outside and I’ll bring them out to you.

I won’t leave your dog in the salon alone while I’m waiting, I have a duty of care to your dog while they’re with me. So yes it does stop me from getting on with my day, or it means I have to delay my next appointment. Much as I adore them and enjoy the cuddles this is a business after all, and they sometimes get stressed waiting too 😔.

Anyone arguing that my time isn’t worth £5 for half an hour (yes only £5 for half an hour 🙄), will be charged double! 😂

Or Shop around and you’ll see that I’m way too cheap!!
