๐Ÿพ๐ŸŒŸMeet Bella!

This October, weโ€™re celebrating a very special girl, Bella, who has officially been accepted as a Therapy Dog at Great Ormond Street Hospital! โค

Each week, Bella will be helping to bring smiles, comfort and a little bit of home to children, families and hospital staff. Sheโ€™ll even be supporting physiotherapy and specialist therapy sessions, helping children through exercises, reducing anxiety and providing plenty of cuddles along the way. ๐Ÿฅฐ

With her gentle nature and instinct for knowing when someone needs a cuddle, we think Bella is going to be absolutely brilliant at her new role.

And just look at her proudly showing off her new GOSH Therapy Dog bandana! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’™

Congratulations, Bella! Weโ€™re so proud to have you as our October Pet of the Month! ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿพ

๐Ÿพ๐ŸŒง๏ธ Message for All Dog Walking Customers ๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐Ÿพ

We have had a lot of very wet walks today! ๐Ÿ˜†

Iโ€™m sure most of our dog walking customers are aware and have been in contact with Lisa regarding this - but weโ€™re asking customers to purchase a dog drying robe if possible for us to bring along on wet weather walks! ๐Ÿถ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

The idea is that you leave it out for us ready to grab when we pick up your dog, and then we will put it on your dog before the journey home - this limits mud splatter when wet dogs shake in the car, and also means your dog is hopefully a little drier on their return home! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿš™๐Ÿ

๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿพ Christmas and New Year Planning ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ„

We knowโ€ฆ the dreaded โ€˜Cโ€™ word already ๐Ÿ˜ซ
But it really isnโ€™t that far away now, and weโ€™re starting to plan our schedules for the festive period. We would love to hear from any of our customers who may need extra help caring for their pets in the run-up to Christmas and during Christmas/New Year (23rd December - 1st January).

Whether youโ€™re looking at continuing regular dog walks, pet visits or someone to pop in and keep your four-legged friends happy whilst youโ€™re busy with festive plansโ€ฆ Please let us know as soon as possible! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿฑ

The earlier we know your plans, the better we can organise our schedules and make sure we can accommodate as many of our lovely clients as possible during this busy time of year ๐Ÿฅฐ

Even if your plans arenโ€™t fully finalised yet, itโ€™s never too early to give us a heads-up!

Please get in touch with Lisa via WhatsApp to let us know what care you might need and the dates you have in mind. ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Thank you, as always, for trusting us with your precious pets. Letโ€™s get organised for a happy, stress-free Christmas for everyone! ๐ŸŽ„โค๏ธ

A very big welcome to the newest pair of dogs to join our family, Poppy and Pickle! ๐Ÿ•โ€๐Ÿฆบ๐Ÿพ

You wouldnโ€™t believe these girls are 10 and 12 years old when seeing them running about on their walks, theyโ€™re very young at heart! Theyโ€™re also nicely coordinated with our colours wearing their red collars and lead ๐Ÿ˜†โค๏ธ

We thought weโ€™d give you a little peek into what we get up to during a house sit! ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿพ

And itโ€™s not just cuddles and walkies! Whilst not featured in this reel, our house sits also include little extras such as collecting post, watering plants, putting the bins out and generally keeping your home looking just as you left it. ๐Ÿชดโœ‰๏ธโค๏ธ

A couple of weeks ago, we posted about this gorgeous pair, Norman and Steve ๐Ÿ˜ป

Norman had been suffering from urinary issues, and he wasnโ€™t our biggest fan during the period of visits - we were just the scary people coming to give him medication ๐Ÿ˜ข

Lisa has been back visiting the boys this week, and Norman is feeling much better! He is now off nearly all of his medication and eating his new urinary diet well. He is even coming out for Dreamies from Auntie Lisa during her visits - a โ€˜peace offeringโ€™ of sorts ๐Ÿ˜œ

Lisaโ€™s friend Georgie has kindly donated these photos to us to use as inspiration - if Georgie can get her entire menagerie of animals into their Halloween get-up (hamster and parrot included!), no one else has got any excuses ๐Ÿ˜œ

They even have their own instagram accounts - go and check out and .ocket.dog on instagram! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Flipping Hell Friday! ๐Ÿ’ฉ

This duo found some rather smelly ๐Ÿ’ฉ on their Friday morning walk, much to their delight - although they werenโ€™t too pleased with the consequences of their actions! ๐Ÿ›

At least we got to make good use of the Dog Wash at Dinton Pastures ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿšฟ

Meet Frodo, the fabulous 10-year-old Sphynx cat! ๐Ÿˆ

Sphynx cats were developed as a breed in the 1960s and are known for their extroverted personalities, intelligence, and strong bond with their humans. Frodo certainly ticks every one of those boxes!

Frodo is at the heart of family life and has a personality that is hard to ignore. His interests include controlling his humans into providing treats, bird watching, sleeping on his human's bed and knocking items off shelves whilst maintaining direct eye contact. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿคญ

Being a Sphynx, Frodo needs a little extra care including weekly baths to care for his delicate skin and sporting jumpers in the colder months.

Frodo also has a mischievous side and his latest escapade included peeing on his human's sandals when he realised they were packing to go on holiday! ๐Ÿ˜ผ

He may be mischievous but his cheeky character, intelligence and affectionate nature are exactly what make him so special. Tasha from We Love Pets Bury St Edmunds absolutely adores Frodo and feels honoured to care for him. โค๏ธ

Congratulations Frodo!

Meet Lilly, Caramel & RooRoo! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿน

The We Love Pets Norwich team have the pleasure of looking after these three adorable guinea pigs every July when their owner goes away for a few days and theyโ€™re always a delight to care for!

Their sweet little squeaks are the perfect welcome when the team arrives (especially when they know mealtime is on the way! ๐Ÿฅฌ). From refreshing their bedding and water to keeping their enclosure clean and making sure theyโ€™re happy and comfortable, the team love giving them the care and attention they deserve.

Small pets may be little, but Lilly, Caramel & RooRoo certainly have big personalities! ๐Ÿพโœจ

A big thank you to the We Love Pets Norwich team for sharing these lovely moments with us. ๐Ÿ’š

Happy International Cat Day! ๐Ÿพ

Meet Bluey! ๐Ÿ’™ This handsome boy belongs to Jo & Ryan - our Founder and Managing Director - and he's very much part of the furniture at head office. Whether he's supervising the garden from his favourite wall or pouncing on a feather toy, Bluey keeps everyone on their toes (and steals plenty of cuddles along the way).

Wishing a very happy International Cat Day to Bluey and to all the amazing cats we're lucky enough to care for. Give your feline friend an extra fuss from all of us at We Love Pets! ๐Ÿพ

๐Ÿ‘‡ Now it's your turn - drop your cat pictures below, we'd love to see them!
