We see your dog regularly. We get up close with every inch of them. And because of that, groomers are often the first to notice lumps, skin conditions and ear infections before anyone else does.

In this video Chesca is cleaning the ears of this gorgeous Cane Corso and talking through exactly what to look for. Ear infections are one of the most commonly missed health issues in dogs and catching them early makes all the difference.

Every dog that comes through the door at Fur Boutique gets the same thing time, patience and a whole lot of love. But every now and then you get a client that just makes your day, and Gus the miniature dachshund was absolutely one of those. 🐾

Gus came in for his very first ever groom and if you know dachshunds, you know they have opinions. Strong ones. But from the moment he arrived he was an absolute dream and watching him go from scruffy little sausage to the most polished boy in Surrey was one of those moments that reminds you why you do what you do.

The boutique package is something I am really proud of. Every dog deserves to feel looked after properly from start to finish. Bath (which does include the fabulous blueberry facial!) , blow dry & brush out, all the essentials like paw and nose balm, nail trimming, sanitary trim, teeth cleaned. (Long hairs dogs also includes the hair cut of your choice & paw pads). The details matter and I never rush them.

Seeing Gus trot out at the end looking absolutely immaculate and knowing his owners trusted me with his very first groom truly means everything🤍.
