There is a certain student who has been with me for many years and who many of you know as a teaching professional:
Rosie originally called me when she was petrified of her new dream horse. She took regular lessons and grew in skills and confidence quickly. Then several years later she came to be a livery at our yard.
This is when we started working together and rosie started training with me as our first ever instructor.
Fast forward to now and she has been out competing and has just returned from a successful weekend of demoing at the horsemanship showcase.
I am enormously proud of her achievements and commitment to continuous growth.

Thank you for being an awesome student and great role model for our community.

Super chuffed with how incredibly chill Herbie has been since we arrived this afternoon. Managed to get a little time in the main arena to stretch his legs and introduce him to the space before the crowds arrive tmrw. He did great! So proud of my big guy. ❤️

Herbie is proof that horses can adapt and thrive in any situation given the right support and learning. Dont give up if you've got "a tricky horse"!

It’s been three weeks since our hacking preparation course. In this week I have received several updates from students who are developing on the skills they learnt and building confidence with their horses out hacking.
Hayley managed to successfully control and build confidence in her horse when he got emotional and wanted to bolt home. So glad that the tools we taught Hayley helped her act as a partner when her horse needed her the most. Excellent job
Lorraine left the yard gate alone and met up with her friends while out. Another huge moment for her having the confidence and skills to ride forwards with compassion and confident leadership
Audrey has started hacking her boy out more regularly and is putting the building blocks together to create a positive feel for both her and her horse
Georgia is finally hacking out with her friends and enjoying her hacking time. Building a confidence and calm leadership.
I am honestly so pleased for all these ladies that they finally have the skills and confidence to think through pressurise moments that they can enjoy their hacking time and not just survive as many feel they do.
This is exactly why we put the hacking project together. Thank you all for your updates ❤️
