I know the weather is a bit up and down at the moment and we've had a fair few cancellation/reschedule requests which we will happily accommodate where possible ☺️ but did you know when you sign up as a site member you can alter bookings from the website! If you'd still prefer to give us a shout that's not an issue but it's always handy to know these things! We will hopefully get out and get a few umbrellas to pop in there today too! Happy puddle splashing!!

It's not just the kids getting back to school haircuts! We blocked out a couple of hours this afternoon to give the hedges and grass a little trim too!
You may also notice our egg shelves have been a little sparse lately...the girls are having a break as they're moulting (and stropping because we added a few more) We don't use artificial lighting etc so production will also naturally slow as the days get shorter, hopefully they will get back in the swing of it again soon and we can put a few boxes out!

Not a fun post today unfortunately but needs must.
If you smoke while you visit the dog park please, please be sensible about it. We have a bin for butts mounted on the wall of the shelter, three times this week I have found cigarette butts on the floor, not only gross for me to pick up but not something I'm sure any of us want to risk our dogs eating.
Aside from that, today's find contained more than to***co, this post isn't for debating the rights and wrongs of ma*****na and I understand some people have a medical exemption but that doesn't mean it needs to be left on the floor for my 6 year old to find.
Please be mindful of others and their pets

Thank you for all the pictures!! There's some seriously cute pooches out there! We've commented on the ones we'd like to use and will get freebies arranged!!
Thank you all for your custom it still always catches me off guard every time we get that "you've got a new booking" notification.
We are looking to do some breed specific meet ups in coming months as things cool down, would this be of interest?

It's been a while since I posted - summer holidays have got me running all over the place! Opinions needed!
Here at Rusty's house (he made me call it that) we're weighing up the pros and cons of a second pooch!
We would like to get another Labrador more than anything as company for Rusty, there's pros and cons either side but we figured who better to ask for advice than our customers!
So what do we reckon guys? Best friends for life or double trouble?!

A couple of little updates.....whilst there is a hosepipe ban currently in place in this area, the paddling pool and water bowls constitute animal welfare and so the hose in the park can still be used for this purpose!
Also you may notice a few rather cute new additions across the field! They are fenced in separately so won't be able to get anywhere near you or your canine companions, if they do something has gone wrong so please call us 🙈
