🐾 NEW WAITLIST FEATURE 🐾

We've added a new waitlist feature to our online booking system! 🥳

⭐ How it works:

• Visit our booking page as normal

• If the slot you want is unavailable, choose the "Join Waitlist" option

• Enter your details and the times you're interested in

• If your chosen slots become available due to a cancellation, we will automatically send you a text message or email to let you know

• The available slot can then be booked on a first-come, first-served basis

It's a handy way to be notified about cancellations without having to keep checking the booking calendar yourself! 😁

Hi everyone! 👋 😊

Just a quick message ahead of the warmer weather over the next few days 🌞

Temperatures are forecast to be quite high at times and although we often benefit from a cooling breeze across the field, we completely understand that many dogs will find the heat too much.

Because of this, we are happy to offer the option to reschedule your booking if preferred. You can either:

• Reschedule your booking yourself up to 6 hours before your slot using the link at the bottom of your confirmation/reminder email
or
• Contact us and we can provide a booking code for you to rebook another time. You can get in touch via phone, text, email, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger 😊

For anyone choosing to attend, we would encourage sensible, calm use of the field during the warmest parts of the day. ☀️🐶

The splash pool and fresh water will be available as usual. 💦
