all clients please be informed i won’t be available from the 15th of august until the 23rd of august, business will resume as normal as of the 24th of august.

as well as the 18th of december until the 26th of december. business will continue as normal as of the 27th of December.

I completely understand that plans change, emergency’s happen, and I always try to be as accommodating as possible.
However, to keep the business running smoothly and fairly for all clients, I need to enforce a cancellation policy:
