Posher paws is a one to one dog grooming salon that was purpose built with dogs in mind located in the village of Leverington. We know being upstairs makes us a little less obvious from the High Street, especially while we’re waiting for our lovely new sign to go up. So Tracey has done a quick walk-through to show you exactly where you need to go.

Once you know where we are, we promise we’re actually very easy to find 😂

And hopefully our new sign will make us even easier to spot very soon.

Whittlesey dog owners, we’re settling in nicely… but we’ve still got room for a few more of you! 🐾💜

Since opening our new Whittlesey salon, we’ve already welcomed some gorgeous dogs through the doors, and it has been lovely starting to build up our new regular client base.

At Posher Paws, we’re not trying to squeeze as many dogs into the day as possible. We’re looking for owners who value a calmer, non-rushed groom, quality products and giving their dog the time they actually need.

We love working with owners who want to get into a regular grooming routine too, because that makes such a difference to the condition of the coat and to how comfortable the whole grooming experience feels for the dog.

So if you’re in Whittlesey, Peterborough or the surrounding areas and you’ve been looking for a groomer you can build a long-term relationship with, we’d love to hear from you.

One of our lovely team is heading off on maternity leave in October, so we’re looking for an experienced groomer to join us for maternity cover at Posher Paws!

Maybe you’ve stepped back from grooming for a while, maybe you’re currently working fewer days… or perhaps you’ve simply been thinking about a change of salon. If you’re Level 3 qualified, experienced and confident grooming independently, we’d love to have a conversation with you.

Posher Paws is built around giving dogs the time they deserve rather than rushing as many appointments through as possible. We use quality products, work in spacious salons and want the people who join us to genuinely care about the standard of work they put their name to.

We’re looking for somebody who can come in and feel part of the team, while helping us keep looking after our lovely regular clients while our brilliant Tash is away. There may also be opportunities beyond the maternity cover for the right person!

We’re currently looking for an experienced dog groomer to provide maternity cover at Posher Paws Wisbech and rather than give you another list of everything we expect from you, we thought we’d tell you a little about what you can expect from us!

You’ll be working in a spacious salon with quality equipment and products, alongside a business that genuinely believes good grooming should never feel like a production line. We want our groomers to take pride in their work, get to know the dogs they see and have the time to give them the individual care they need.

We have built Posher Paws around doing things properly, whether that means allowing a nervous dog a little extra time or having an honest conversation with an owner about what is best for their dog. We’re looking for somebody who shares that same mindset and wants to be part of a friendly, professional salon.

The maternity cover is starting in October… so if you’re Level 3 qualified, experienced and able to confidently groom from day one, now is definitely the time to get in touch.

Whittlesey dog owners, our doors are open and we’re ready for you!

It has been a very busy week getting everything finished, but our brand new Posher Paws grooming salon is officially up and running!

If you are looking for a groomer around Whittlesey or Peterborough, we are now welcoming new clients.

We do things a little differently at Posher Paws because we are not interested in rushing dogs through as quickly as possible. We give them the time they need, use quality products and make sure every dog is treated as an individual from the moment they come through the door 😍
