We have a Pamper Parlour to bathe and spruce animals up, and a fully stocked Pet Shop catering for Dogs/Cats/Small Animals.

Hi all,

Had a disappointing few days with a few no shows/last minute cancellations.

We do try to be flexible, we understand emergencies can happen, plans can alter last minute etc but it’s been a frustrating few days.

Please can we politely remind you all we do have a 7 day notice policy of changes of dates and cancellations, this is stated on the terms and conditions.

We are working our way through contacting all bookings to double check everything.

We are upto around the 10th of August so please if you know you no longer need any dates, contact us.

‼️Daycare Gang in particular ‼️

Day and play gang, with temperatures forecast very high this week, there will be no playtime on the field.

Dogs are welcome to come in if you need us, we can adapt our day to keep everyone safe.

If you’d like to push back to next week please let us know via message or phone call and we will organise this for you.

Any boarding dogs and cats are all fine and we can just adapt our exercise times, routine later evening checks 😴😴

As amazing as it is on social media there is so much awareness of the heat and animals, I’ve had some really worried customers.
Take the advice, be really sensible, don’t worry that the dogs not had a walk for a couple of days, it may just be slightly embarrassing when you next let them off for a run and they’ve forgotten everything you’ve ever taught them!

Sometimes a bit of downtime and lazy days does us all the world of good!

To our team….. remember in winter when some of you said it was too cold and you couldn’t wait for summer….your the best, I’ll get the first trolley load of ice creams in 💚💚

Hi all,

Please can we politely remind everyone that we do operate a 7 day notice on changes of dates and cancellations.

This helps us organise space accordingly and hopefully we can fill any spaces.
It also means we aren’t left not being able to fill those spaces and a full staff force rotated on.

We will be phoning all bookings from 1st July onwards to double check that the bookings are still needed, please can we ask that if you need to cancel or amend dates for upcoming bookings that this is done over the next couple of days.

We have dates/weekends over the summer holidays that are already fully booked, so if you need to change dates or book in, this needs to be done over the next week please.

📧Please can we remind you we send email confirmation, if you don’t receive it, please let us know and we will send it again.

💉Please ensure the vaccinations card is filled in and presented with your animals.

Hi all,

We are about to enter a busy Easter period.
Please can we remind everyone about vaccination’s.

This is part of our licensing agreement that all animals are to be up to date with vaccinations.

All our team relay this information on the phone, and it is also on the bottom on your confirmation emails we send out.

It is vital you check these documents and ensure the animals are upto date and the vet certificate is filled in correctly.
We need to see their annual booster cards.

We will not accept any unvaccinated animals in, nor if the correct documents can not be provided for us to see.
There is a minimum of 3 weeks between the kennel cough vaccine and entering boarding. This vaccine is optional.

Today has proved a little challenging on this front and we can’t stress the importance of this enough.

We look forward to seeing you all over Easter and hopefully the sun will show itself again 🌞

We now have limited space on the last bank holiday weekend in May 23-25th May.
We are also fully booked for the first few days of the summer holidays.

Please make sure you are booked in asap if you require any dates in August as these will be fully booked over the next couple of weeks.

You will need to get your bookings in this month for summer … we are already close to being full on some July dates..

Please don’t leave it too late.
We are trying to give you all a heads up verbally and on our social media platforms.

Hi all,

Dates are coming in thick and fast for bookings, please make sure you are booked in for busy periods, particularly Easter half term and the first week of July summer hols.

Now is a good job to dig out the vaccination card and make sure the pets are all upto date.

Please ensure the Kennel Cough vaccine is done ideally 3 weeks before boarding.
