I'd like to introduce you all to Frankie Hazel Edwards 🥹 our baby girl, she made her arrival on Sunday 9th of August at 2.47pm weighing 8lbs 1oz 🩷

The boys have welcomed her home, Elmo is just happy to all be together again but Ernie has already set himself as her little protector & even comes to let us know when she starts to cry 🐶😂
We are still enjoying our little new born bubble - well will more once this millionth heat wave passes, but just wanted to let all my lovely customers know 🥰
More updates to come of course but for now Frankie is certainly taking all of our love & attention 😍

So I'm now officially on maternity leave & moving house tomorrow 🏡💕
The plan is to be back grooming at the new place at the beginning of May 2027, so keep your eyes peeled for updates around March time on when my diary will reopen for bookings.
I'm so sorry to anyone I've had to cancel due to any hospital apps that came up the last month & the next 4 days as I was supposed to be working until the 22nd 😔 but thank you for understanding 🥰

Safe to say I will definitely miss you all & ofcourse your lovely pups! It's been an amazing 12 years of the business, which has included lots of happiness but also heartbreak with dogs that I looked as my own passing over rainbow bridge 🌈
My next step is becoming a human mummy to hopefully a healthy happy baby girl, which I'm so excited for! 🥹

Thank you all so much for your trust, continued support, well wishes, unexpected gifts, cards kindness, and love. It honestly means the absolute world to me 💙 I will be back but for now please share your pictures in the comments of you lovely doggos so I can still see thier little faces over the next 9 months 😍📸

I am now ⭐ FULLY BOOKED ⭐ until I go off on maternity leave at the end of July. This means I can’t rearrange appointments or take any further bookings if we haven’t already booked in advance.
I've tried my best to fit everyone in before I go off so I’m sorry if you’ve missed out.
I do have a cancellations list so if you haven’t got any more appointments made please let me know and I will add you to that.
📌 I'm also off next week 25th-29th of May but back open Monday 1st of June as normal ☺️

☁️🤰🏼There’s a little human apprentice on the way at Amy & Elmo's Dog Grooming 🥰

I know some of you may have spotted the bump with the sunny weather this week & no baggy jacket 😅 but incase you hadn’t, baby Edwards is due August 2026!
We had our 2nd scan at 21 weeks on the 9th of April & have now started to tell you lovely lot the news, when coming for your appointments the last couple of weeks 🩷

I’ll be starting my maternity July 23rd instead of flying off to Tenerife with my close family 🥲
All existing appointments still stand until then! ☺️
I’m hoping to return to work with your lovely doggos between January-April 2027 ☺️ (I will post/send messages with exact dates closer to the time)!
There's a lovely lady I'm recommending come August for the period in-between who knows what's going on & we are in contact so she knows just how you like your dogs groomed & so she knows their quirks 😂

I feel so incredibly lucky to have such lovely 4 legged clients, who are so used to the process, patient and loving. They have definitely made coming to work during all the different pregnancy symptoms a lot easier! 🥰 & Also the stress of preparing to move house, which again will update you all on our move date as soon as we know! 🏡
