🐱✨ Misty the cat visited our Wareham branch for a dental procedure with Veterinary Surgeon Tamsin and was the purr-fect patient throughout!

During her procedure, Misty had full mouth dental X-rays and a number of extractions after tiny resorptive lesions were identified. These painful lesions can often be hidden beneath the gum line, making dental X-rays an important part of assessing feline dental health πŸ’š She is now on her way to a healthier, happier smile!

Misty took everything in her stride like a true superstar, and we're very proud of her! ⭐🐾

Fireworks can be fun for us, but frightening for our pets...

A little preparation can make a big difference: βœ”οΈ Safe hiding space βœ”οΈ Up-to-date ID tags and microchip details βœ”οΈ Plenty of reassurance βœ”οΈ Advice from your veterinary team if needed.

When gorgeous Danny Boy popped into see us at Wimborne, there was one member of the team who was instantly smitten... Alice already has FOUR Springer Spaniels at home, so we had to gently remind her that four is probably enough... for now! πŸ˜‚πŸΆπŸΆπŸΆπŸΆ

Can you blame her though? Just look at that face! πŸ₯ΉπŸ’™

🌟 108 Sun Salutations Complete! 🌟

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Joanne, who has successfully completed 108 Sun Salutations in support of her fundraising challenge for Karuna-Shechen, helping marginalized communities across the Himalayan region following recent floods πŸ’›

Joanne powered through all 108 sun salutations in an incredible 1Β½ hours and, while she was feeling a little sore afterwards, she was incredibly proud of what she had achieved! πŸ’ͺπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

If you'd like to show your support and help Joanne reach her fundraising goal, you can donate here:

πŸ’™ Today we say farewell to our wonderful RVN, Natasha, from our Bournemouth practice πŸ’™

Natasha has been an incredibly valued member of the Lynwood family, first as a student nurse and then as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Her dedication, compassion and hard work have touched the lives of so many pets, clients and colleagues.

We want to thank her for everything she has brought to the practice. While we'll miss her smiling face and support around the clinic, we know she is going to do an amazing job as she moves on to an exciting new adventure.

🐾 Here are a few words from Natasha:

We had an absolutely awesome day at the Margaret Green Animal Rescue Country Fayre & Dog Show on Sunday! πŸΆπŸ’™

It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces, meet lots of new ones, and chat all things pets with fellow animal lovers. From adorable dogs to wonderful local businesses, there was a real community spirit throughout the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat, and of course to Margaret Green Animal Rescue for having us and putting on such a brilliant event πŸΎπŸŽ‰

πŸ“Έ Featuring Team Tamsin, Sarra & Ember, who thoroughly enjoyed representing Lynwood for the day! πŸΎπŸ’™
