JESSIE AND BESSIE NOW BACK IN FOSTER IN LIPHOOK HAMPSHIRE.

JESSIE and BESSIE 4 year old GOLDEN RETRIEVER GIRLS.
Jessie and Bessie were adopted a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately after only a few days in their new home the adopters asked we take them back as they felt they couldn’t give this pair the attention they needed while settling them in to a new home environment.
It was made clear it was absolutely no fault of the dogs as both are lovely affectionate girls and typical of the breed.
To complicate matters further both girls came in season within a few days of each other as soon as they arrived at their new home!
Both had recently had a litter but we fully expected to have a good couple of months breathing space giving them time to settle into a new home before they needed to be spayed. ….Jessie and Bessie had other ideas!!

They arrived in their new multi dog foster home yesterday, immediately got along famously with all the resident dogs and slept through until 6.30am this morning.
Although seemingly a bonded pair both girls have been comfortable around the resident bi***es while the other has been absent.

For years, our thermal drone has helped reunite lost dogs with the families who love them.

It's searched through darkness, huge open fields, Cliff Faces and places that simply can't be covered effectively on foot. It's been a vital part of bringing dogs safely home.

Sadly, our thermal camera has now suffered a major fault.

DJI have offered us a reduced repair cost of £1,384.38, but as a small volunteer run organisation, it's simply beyond what we can afford.

Without this drone, our ability to help is significantly reduced.

We know times are difficult, and we never like asking for financial support, but if Eye In The Sky has ever helped you, helped someone you know, or if you simply believe that lost dogs deserve every possible chance of making it home, we'd be incredibly grateful for your support.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

Every missing dog is someone’s family.

When a dog disappears, time matters. Behind every search is an owner desperately hoping for that one phone call to say their best friend has been found.

Eye In The Sky is looking for compassionate volunteers to help us reunite lost dogs with their families.

You don’t need previous search experience. If you can give your time, we can give you the training and support.

We’re looking for people who can help with:
• Ground searches
• Checking CCTV and Ring doorbell footage
• Putting up posters
• Social media awareness
• Speaking with owners and witnesses
• Drone pilots (if you have your own drone)

Whether you can help once a month or several times a week, every volunteer makes a difference. The more people we have across the UK, the more families we can help when they need us most.
