We have recently finished a longer stint of drop ins for these two lovely characters and this time we had a little more time to spend with them.

Please look at our other post to see where we started with them.

It’s been so lovely to see just how much progress Mr has made with his recovery. He’s definitely feeling more like himself again and with the extra time we had, we got to see much more of his personality come out. He still has a little way to go but we are so happy already!

There was plenty of fuss, love, attention and most importantly, some proper playtime. It was really nice to see him enjoying himself and being able to relax and have fun again, rather than everything being centred around his recovery.

And of course, the little lady was about chatting away as usual, always ready for a good play and more than happy to keep us entertained. But most importantly, she’s still very much playing nurse and keeping a close eye on him, making sure he’s never too far away.

Seeing the difference from our first visits to now has been really special. He’s come such a long way and we’re so lucky we’ve been able to see him come this far!

This weekend we had the privilege of looking after this elderly pup!

Now, her age is certainly no contender with her zoomies or her love to play fetch! As you can see, she is a very happy pooch and was really affectionate, but also knew when she wanted her own space and that’s so important to us.

This little one really loved company. She would follow us around, so we made sure we kept speaking to her and giving her plenty of attention. Her little smile would just light up the room!

She also absolutely loved a treat, although we’re pretty sure she would have happily had a few more if we let her!

She really made us feel welcome and even slept through the night without any issues.

She is such an amazing little character with so much life and personality. We loved getting to spend the weekend with her.

Thank you for having us, little one. You are a dream!

Yoohoo!

This week we had a lovely couple of nights with this handsome chappy and did we have fun!

He’s a bundle of energy but also a big cuddler, so now that the weather has turned colder, bedtime was extra cosy!

He’s lucky enough to have wonderful fields all around him, as well as a gated area that’s perfect for nothing more than some serious zooming around.

This was our second sit with him and he welcomed us back with open arms. We’ve really missed this lovely floof, but luckily we don’t have too long to wait until our next sit together.

He really is a true delight to look after. And just look at that face…how lucky are we?

Hi everyone!

We hope you’re all doing well and enjoying following our journey so far. Thank you so much for all the support.

We’ve been completely taken back by the number of bookings coming in for the festive period. This little business is really blossoming and we’re so excited for all the upcoming sits, drop-ins and walks.

We’ve shared our availability calendar, so if you need us, please get in touch sooner rather than later. Even if there’s a crossover still ask, between us, we may be able to make it work. Bookings are first come, first served.

Just a little note: we won’t be working on Christmas Day. We think it’s important to take a moment to breathe and enjoy some time for ourselves during such a busy period.

Thank you again for following along and trusting us with your furry friends.

They are back!

Another overnighter with these two chaotic cuddlers, and honestly…they never disappoint!

The lovely boy in black is usually a very timid cat and takes a little while to come out of his shell. Well...apparently he’s decided that’s old news because this time we walked through the door and he was ready to play!

Little lady, of course, was straight into her usual role of keeping everyone on their toes. The evening consisted of purrs, chirps, zoomies, cuddles and plenty of laughter from all of us.

Then came bedtime…well, sort of.

A couple of bedtime Dreamies went down a treat, which obviously meant we had to follow them up with a little more chaos. Because why settle down when there’s still mischief to be made?

We’re so lucky to get to see these two again. The bond we have with them is honestly amazing and if you saw our last post, you’ll know we’ve been lucky enough to look after them since they first came home.

And just look at them now! Where has the time gone?!

We absolutely love spending time with these two and we’re definitely taking the brownie points for Mr not hiding away when we arrived. We’ll be adding that to our list of achievements 😂

What an incredible pair. We have so much love for these two and best believe, we’re already looking forward to the next visit!

We’ve been lucky enough to visit these two lovely characters for multiple drop-ins recently…with plenty more to come!

This affectionate male and female pair are an absolute delight and certainly aren’t shy when it comes to having a chat with us!

Unfortunately, Mr recently had an accident which required surgery, so he’s now on the road to recovery. During our visits we make sure he can use his litter tray, eat, drink and stretch his legs, as well as giving him his medication and of course, plenty of love and fuss.

His little companion keeps a very close eye on him too! She regularly gives him a groom (sometimes a little too much for his liking!) and it’s so sweet to see how much she cares for him. Don’t worry, she gets plenty of love, attention and playtime too!

They are an absolute joy to visit and seeing Mr gradually getting back on his paws is incredibly rewarding. It’s lovely to witness those little improvements first hand. 🐾

This weekend, we had the privilege of looking after this wonderful pup!

We were very lucky to have three drop-in visits with this little one, providing food, medication, stimulation, company and most importantly, plenty of love.

Unfortunately, she’s had some health issues, so keeping on top of her medication routine was especially important. Her owner left us crystal clear instructions that were easy to follow, ensuring she had everything she needed at the right time. They were also always available if we had any questions, communication like this makes such a difference!

Like any pup, she can have a mischievous side, so keeping her in sight at all times was a must…although, just look at that face. How could we possibly take our eyes off her?!

She was incredibly affectionate and loved spending time with us, but she also knew when she’d had enough attention and wanted some space of her own. We always let pets set the pace and make sure they feel comfortable in their own home.

We even managed to fit in a good brush during one of our visits…and judging by that face, we think it went down rather well!

We hope to see you again, little one. You are amazing, keep smiling!

9 days with this absolute diva and what an adventure it was!🐾

This lovely lady was full of fun, life and love from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by her wonderful owners with a flawless handover and the sweetest welcome hamper, thank you so much!

Our stay was packed with walks, stimulation, play and, most importantly, LOTS of love. The weather held out for most of our stay, although when the rain finally arrived, we all embraced it…soggy feet and paws included!

She had the perfect balance of playtime and snoozing. We practised tricks, hid toys, played chase in the garden and enjoyed plenty of zoomies!

Her favourite job, though, was showing us the fishies. Naturally, we took our fish checking duties very seriously. Once the inspection was complete…those incredible zoomies kicked in!

We’re so lucky to spend our days with animals that don’t just touch your heart, they completely steal it.

We were sent the loveliest video of her owners arriving home and seeing how happy she was to have her family back was the perfect ending to such a special stay.

We also left a little scrapbook of her staycation, so her family had a keepsake of her holibobs.

Thank you for having us, gorgeous girl. You were amazing and we’ll miss you! But as always, we dont say goodbye just, see ya!❤️

Three drop-ins over the weekend for this handsome chap and we’ve already completed 2/3… safe to say, we’re completely in love!

He is possibly the chattiest cat we have ever met and has plenty to say during each visit! He loves a good snuggle before and after his food and of course, we’ve been keeping his litter fresh and clean for him too.

As he’s not allowed outside at the moment, keeping him entertained and giving him plenty of interaction while we’re there is especially important. And honestly, we’re more than happy to oblige!

This is our first time doing drop-ins for this gorgeous boy, but we’re really hoping it’s the start of many more visits.

One final morning drop-in tomorrow…and we’re already sad because we absolutely adore this little one. But as always no goodbyes, only until next time!

And just like that… everything is coming together.

Taking this leap was huge and honestly, it was scary. But before I knew it, the bookings started coming in and I found myself thinking, I really did this.

I feel incredibly lucky to have this opportunity and so excited to see where it takes us. I can finally say that I truly love my job and that is something I will always be grateful for. Working with animals is an honour and I’m cherishing every moment of it.

A huge thank you to all of our past, present and future customers for putting your trust in us and helping make this dream a reality. It really is a blessing and we can’t wait to see where these adventures take us.

So far, we’ve been trusted with pets of all shapes, sizes and needs, young, old, injured, small, large, anxious and even pets requiring medication. Every single one has been cared for with patience, love and confidence and we’re so grateful for the wonderful feedback we’ve received.

And yes… we have more updates coming!

So please follow along and be part of our journey. Even if you don’t have pets of your own, we hope that seeing our adventures and the animals we meet can bring a little joy to your feed and put a smile on your face, we need more good in the world!!
