'We’ve been taking Luna to Sam’s Groom Room for a few years now and have always been really happy with the service. Booking is easy, Luna always comes home looking great and she’s always happy when we collect her. At her last appointment, we also had her teeth cleaned and I was so impressed with how good they looked! Would definitely recommend Sam’s Groom Room. 🐾'

😍 What a transformation! 😍

Minty came in for his very first big boy groom today, and he was an absolute superstar! ⭐

His dad wanted a fresh, low-maintenance short cut that’s ready for all the outdoor adventures! So he got a thorough pre-clip, a relaxing bath, and finished off with a super clean, tidy trim.

Doesn’t he look dapper?! 🐶✨💙

✨ Shedding ✨

Lab owners know what I'm talking about! 🐾

Here’s the full routine:
🫧 Wash 1: Deshedding shampoo to loosen up dirt, oils, and the top layer of trapped undercoat.
🫧 Wash 2: Round two to get right down to the root and release all that stubborn, packed fur.
🌾 Condition: Oatmeal soak locking in deep moisture so her skin stays nourished, calm, and itch-free.

Then:
💨 High-Velocity Blast: Power blow dry to blast out every last trapped hair (the most satisfying part!).
🪮 Undercoat Rake: Removing the final loose bits for that smooth, weightless finish.
🐾 The Essentials: Fresh nail trim and clean ears.
✨ The Upgrade: Ultrasonic teeth cleaning for fresh breath, healthy gums, and pearly whites.

Drop over a DM to book in 😁

'Always a great experience at Sam’s Groom Room, from the first meet and greet to get the puppy used to the environment through to his first puppy wash and blow dry and then on a bath and trim, Sam has always done her utmost to keep my dog relaxed, calm and enjoying the grooming process. He loves going and comes back looking like he could win a show. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and her highly professional dog grooming services.'

✨ Sensitive skin ✨

Lovely Charlie has sensitive skin, which means tailoring every single step of his groom to keep him comfortable, calm, and itch-free:

✅ Custom shampoo only: Extra-sensitive, fragrance-free wash is always used—either a salon staple or his owner’s trusted bottle from home.
✅ Fragrance-free finish: Zero perfumes, colognes, or scented spritzes.
✅ Indoor only: No garden adventures to dodge sneaky grass allergies!

Every dog is completely unique, and adapting the routine to whatever keeps them feeling their absolute best is always top priority.
