🐾 **Something brand new from DHT… the Life Skills Club!**

Dog training doesn't just happen during a class.

It's usually three days later, when you're out on a walk and the recall that was brilliant in training has mysteriously disappeared. Or you've been practising something at home and you're not quite sure whether you're doing it right.

That's why I've created the **DHT Life Skills Club** — a friendly online community giving you ongoing training support, ideas and motivation in between training sessions.

You can ask questions, share your training, learn from other dog owners and get helpful guidance when something isn't quite going to plan. You'll also find weekly training tips, monthly challenges and a growing library of useful resources to help you keep progressing with your dog.

And because training is always more fun when you're not doing it alone, you'll be able to chat with other dog owners, share your wins and disasters, and learn from watching what everyone else is working on too.

🐾 Good training isn’t really about teaching a dog to sit — it’s about building a dog who can cope with real life.

Foundation Skills is where we start building that relationship: helping your dog learn to check in with you, make good choices and respond when there are far more exciting things happening around them!

It’s ideal for puppies starting out, but there’s absolutely no upper age limit. If your dog missed out on early training, needs a refresher, or you simply want to build stronger foundations together, you’re very welcome.

And with only 4 dogs in the group, this isn’t a big, chaotic puppy class — there’s plenty of time for individual coaching and for you and your dog to learn at your own pace.
