Over the past few months I have had an increase number of people not showing up for their appointments or cancelling their appointments the same day. I completely understand things crop up, but as a very small business I need to ensure I am also looking after myself.
Appointments can be cancelled or re-arranged up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, then a fee of 100% may need to be charged before I am able to rebook your appointment.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. I would really appreciate it!

I have also noticed quite a lot of people are not having their dogs groomed as regularly. Unfortunately, as this for me increases the amount of products I need to use, increases the drying time, blunts my blades and scissors quickly. I have decided to not work off a set cost. Please note this DOES NOT apply to everybody. I can give you an estimate when you book your appointment, but this may vary depending on your dogs coat condition during the appointment.
This is for people who extend there grooms past the recommended grooming period in the images. For those who stick to a regular grooming period, thank you very much and your price is the same as usual 💖
