I am now fully booked for August and September! 🐶✂️

If you’d like to keep your dog’s grooming appointments regular, I highly recommend rebooking your next appointment to avoid disappointment, as my diary is filling up quickly.

❗️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ❗️

So I’ve decided that it’s best to start up a cancellation policy as with the amount of no shows/late minute cancellations this last 2 weeks have been a lot (I should have done this a lot sooner).

I’ll be requiring 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment as it gives me the time to refill your space.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

No shows will also be charged in full

I hate having to do this but other people are missing out on appointments due to this. I understand that some things are out of everyone’s control. I do try my best to accommodate everyone.

I hope everyone can understand ❤️
