The Grooming Room

Another reminder you can now book online.

Please use your pets name as the client, we won’t know who we’re getting otherwise 😅

Soon, you will no longer be able to use the mobile number 07720841191. Please familiarise yourself with the booking system asap.

Please book in advance. Online booking means clients are able to book months in advance so the diary is filling up quick!

If you have 2 dogs you would like groomed at the same time, you are able to put them on the same client card e.g ‘Bill + Ben’. Just be sure to group the booking so it registers as 2 on our end.

Please stick to booking times of 9/11/12:30/2. I’m still working out how keep it set as that.

Thanks 🐾

It finally happened, we surrendered to online booking!

The link is now live.

Please still go booking intervals of 9/11/12:30/2 or we will be in touch before accepting your booking onto the diary.

Please use your dogs name as the client. If you’ve visited in the last month you may already be on the system.

If you’re having difficulties please get in touch, we are still happy to help via telephone or walk in.

If you’re a regular and are yet to book a Christmas appointment, now is your time to shine.

We have kept a handful of slot free for this reason. Please get in touch asap.

A reminder that no shows are required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before being able to rebook and there is no guarantee that you will get back in before Christmas now.

Thanks 🐾

Good morning all ❄️

Just a reminder - Cash is still KING👑

In recent months there has been a massive decrease in people paying with cash.

The world is rushing into taps, apps, and digital everything — but we’re not ready to go fully digital just yet. There’s power in keeping things simple, fast, and dependable. Cash keeps business moving and payments stress-free. And around here, we still believe the crown belongs to the classics!

We are also putting a complete stop to bank transfers as we’re having to chase them more often than not. Please make sure you have the means to pay when you come to collect your dog 😊

That is done us for Christmas for 2024 🫶🏼🍾🐾

Thank you for yet another year of support.

2025 will see us into our 16th year in business. We are incredibly lucky.

A big thank you from me to my gals in the salon Leigh, Jamie-Lee and Tegan, who have put in a lengthy shift this last week with a smile on their faces as always!

If you didn’t manage to get an appointment before Christmas, we have a couple of slots Friday 27th and Saturday 28th still available.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎅🏻🎁🐾🐶

🚨A Christmas booking warning from our Bestie 🚨

It is VERY unlikely you will be able to call and get a last minute appointment in December. We strongly advise you get them in now asap to avoid disappointment.

We won’t be able to ‘squeeze’ anyone in. We are working flat out up until the 23rd then the girls will be having a well deserved break with their families.

Message or call 01912522130 to book your Christmas grooms 🐾🎅🏻

❌NO SHOWS ❌

We have had a number of no shows over the last few weeks. In the past, we’ve been overly lenient with this but unfortunately the time has come to enforce rules.

No shows - 50% of the missed appointment cost to be paid before being able to rebook.

Cancellation policy is 24 hours to allow us time to rejiggle the diary.
