We are fully licensed, insured and police checked and hold a pet first aid certificate. We are active supporters of the Dog's Trust, the Cat Protection League and RSPCA, and are members of the Pet Industry Federation and the Rabbit Welfare Association & Fund.

Lovely review from a new customer who's cat, Bertie, I have had the pleasure of looking after twice now, and another booking has been made 😊

Wendy has been looking after our 18 year old house cat-Bertie for the last 11 days and what can I say other than she was brilliant!! Wendy attended to Bertie’s needs 3 visits a day and sent us photo and video update every day which was brilliant to be able to see how Bertie was doing. The updates were always accompanied by a thoughtful dialogue of how things were. This was just brilliant as we were on the high seas far away and you do worry, don’t you? Well we needn’t as Wendy was so caring in all aspects of her visits and even before we came home we had booked her again for another session of visits next month. And we found fresh milk in the fridge upon our return. We cannot speak too highly of her, just marvellous. So, Aunty Wendy as Bertie knows her will be welcomed back!!

This is Tigs, isn't he handsome? He's an older gentleman who knows just what he wants and invariably get it as he is such a gorgeous boy ☺️

Ethel is a middle aged lady with the cutest squeaky meow I've ever heard 😊
She also very much prefers to drink from pools of rain water than the lovely fresh and clean water provided inside - so many cats I look after are the same, I wonder why? 🤔

A big (yet cute and teeny) welcome to Norman and Muffin, the most adorable gerbils!
And what a fantastic set up they have in which to live and thrive......... A really deep tank filled with bedding that they spend hours creating tunnels in, and a fab topper unit with their food, water, a sand tray and a huge wheel that they clearly enjoy running on. Honestly, I could have watched them all day 😄
