CATW CAFE

30/09/2026

Let's get cleaned up ready for the hoomans 🥰

28/09/2026

Polite Notice.

When the cafe is closed, it is a designated rest day for our cats. Because of this, we do not answer the door or the phones.

Please do not repeatedly ring the bell or knock on the windows. We have vulnerable adults volunteering at our cafe, and we work hard to provide them with a calm, secure environment.
But also knocking on the front of the building can also startle our cats.

Today, one of our volunteers was made to feel deeply unsafe and felt they had to hide away. Please respect our team, our space, and our opening hours.
Thank you for your understanding.

So amazing 👏 🤩

Oh no !!! Our Internet has had a meltdown 🫠

Annie is not impressed that she cannot watch her favourite cat program this morning 😬

This also means that we cannot take card payments today or tomorrow 🥺 sorry !

21/09/2026

SORRY!! 😅

Our residents do not know the meaning of personal space…
In fact, they seem to think your lap, shoulder, chest and basically your entire body are communal property. 😂🐱

We did try to explain… but they weren’t listening. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Question ?

When you pull all your furniture out for a clean (you know that skirts, hoover and mop kinda day ) does anyone else end up rearranging the entire room 🤔

Surely it can't just be us 😅😅😅😅

Our CATW Café is run entirely by dedicated volunteers, with every penny raised going directly to support the rescue and the cats in our care. ❤️

But we’re currently short of volunteers, and without enough people to help, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep the café running.

Whether you can spare a regular shift, help occasionally, or simply lend a hand when you’re available, your support could make a huge difference.

Imagine if just 1,000 of our amazing supporters entered — that would put £2,000 in the pot! 🙌

🏆 1st Prize: Half of the total cash pot
☕ 2nd Prize: Entry for 4 people to the Cat Café

💰 The winning cash amount will depend on the total number of entries.

⏰ Cash Builder closes at 8:00pm on Friday 2nd October
